Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you — the user — and the company Firestyle (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Firestyle.ge”) and govern the use of the website, as well as the process of ordering and delivering products.
The personal information received from users by the Company is processed in accordance with the rules defined in the Privacy Policy published on the website.
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Firestyle.ge, you automatically confirm your consent to the Privacy Policy and the Return/Exchange Policy as well.
Use of the website and receipt of services is permitted only for individuals who agree to the rules and obligations listed below. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, solely by publishing the updated version on Firestyle.ge.
Definitions
Terms and Conditions — refers to all the rules and provisions contained in this document, as well as any additional conditions applicable to the relationship between the client and the company, including those related to the website’s functionality and services.
Website — means Firestyle.ge and its related social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) through which products and services are offered.
User / Client — a natural or legal person who meets the requirements set forth by these Terms and uses the platform for the purpose of purchasing products.
Company — Firestyle.ge, registered in accordance with the legislation of Georgia (Identification Code: 01005029455).
Operation — any action related to the user’s order, account, or service.
Agreement — the contract between the user and the company, based on this document and its annexes.
User Declarations
By agreeing to these Terms, the user confirms that they:
- Are an adult natural person or a registered legal entity;
- Have the right and capacity to enter into and perform this agreement personally or through an authorized representative;
- Act voluntarily, without coercion, deception, or any unlawful influence;
- Have read and accept the legal validity of these Terms;
- Have provided only accurate and truthful information;
- Are not engaged in any illegal activity;
- Will not use the website for unlawful purposes or to deceive third parties;
- Understand and accept responsibility for the safety of their access codes and personal data;
- Agree to consciously provide the company with any necessary information related to their order or communication.
Payment Terms
- Payment can be made only via non-cash settlement;
- All transactions are processed by individual entrepreneur “I.V.”;
- Users can pay using VISA, MasterCard, or American Express cards, or by transferring funds directly to the company’s bank account;
- Installment payments are available through Bank of Georgia and TBC Bank;
- The company’s support team is responsible for handling any technical issues related to payments.
Delivery Terms
- Delivery is carried out through the “Easypay” (“Izivey”) service;
- Orders are delivered to the address provided at the time of order confirmation;
- Products can only be received by the buyer, who must present an ID card;
- Delivery is made upon presentation of the name, surname, and contact number provided during checkout;
- The customer must inspect the parcel before signing the delivery document — after signing, complaints will not be accepted;
- Delivery within Tbilisi takes 1–2 business days, and 2–5 business days across other regions of Georgia (depending on the product type);
- If the address is entered incorrectly or the courier cannot reach the client, the product will be returned to the company warehouse and will not be reshipped;
- Delivery within Tbilisi is completely free. Delivery to regions is subject to a fee.
Product Returns and Exchanges
Product returns or exchanges are permitted only in cases of a manufacturing defect. In such cases, the customer must present a proof of payment (receipt or bank statement) and submit a request within no more than 6 (six) hours from the time of purchase, either by phone call or by notifying the company via the official Firestyle.ge email.
Apart from the above case, product exchanges are possible within 1 calendar day of purchase. In such cases, all transportation costs related to returning the product and delivering the replacement item shall be fully borne by the customer. Proof of payment (receipt or bank statement) is also required.
A product can be exchanged only if it retains its commercial appearance, is undamaged, unused, and is returned in its original packaging.
